- Processing of personal data
What kind of personal data is processed:
- name, telephone number and e-mail address;
- address of delivery;
- bank account number;
- cost of goods and services and data related to payments (purchase history);
- customer support information.
For what purpose is personal data processed?
- Personal data is used to manage customer orders and delivery.
- Purchase history data (purchase date, goods, quantity, customer data) is used to compile an overview of purchased goods and services and to analyze customer preferences.
- The bank account number is used to return payments to the customer.
- Personal data, such as e-mail, phone number, customer name, are processed to resolve issues related to the provision of goods and services (customer support).
Personal data collection and storage
When the customer’s account in the online store is deleted, all personal data is deleted as well, unless such data needs to be stored for accounting purposes or for resolving consumer disputes.
If a purchase in the online store was made without a customer account, the purchase history will be stored for three years.
In case of payment-related and consumer disputes, personal data will be stored until the claim is satisfied or the limitation period expires.
Personal data required for accounting purposes is stored for seven years.
To delete your personal information, please contact support via e-mail info@cbdstation.ee. A request for data deletion must be answered within one month, and a deadline for data deletion must be indicated there.
The responsible data processor is Scrapolja OÜ (reg.nr. 14779062). located in Narva, Rakvere 71 Ida-Virumaa, Estonia.
